CapiFax - Multi-channel ISDN-based fax software for networks and fax on demand

CapiFax is an ISDN-based network fax solution for 2 to 30 connections at one time. Each ISDN MSN/DDI (local number) can be configured for one network client so each workstation has a private number. Shamrock also has ISDN PCI cards for 8 (4 S0) or 30 (S2M) channels. The fax software can be combined with CapiCall on the same PC to share the ISDN channels as required. In combination with NetMail, a fax-to-mail and mail-to-fax gateway for unified messaging is also possible.

Using PhoneFax you can send faxes and emails (the fax will be attached to the email in .dcx or .jpg format), you can send faxes to a group of recipients (having fax or email). Using filters you can save incoming or outgoing faxes to different folders and assign actions to these folders (fax forwarding, send SMS, send to a group of recipients, send a voice message, printout). Via PhoneOffice you can even change the fax forwarding number. The filters can contain several numbers and or parts of a number, or parts of the header line (using wildcards, example *123*). In addition you have a lot of possibilities includes for image processing, for exporting received faxes to different image formats (bmp, gif, jpg, tif, dcx and others). And you can scan documents to be sent as fax by any attached standard scanner.
